The Creeps (THE  MAGIC  CIRCUS)

In The Beginning There were “The Creeps”.  In this picture James (Houston), Roz (Parks), Dave (Morgan) and Al (Spencer) were prepared to perform the first Rock and Roll Mass at St Martins in The Field, Anglican Church. (1964)  This was part of their rent payment for using the Church basement as a Rehearsal hall. There were many gigs performed as The Creeps until the name was officially changed to The Magic Circus. All the intimate details, band member  changes and personal stories will be presented on our Blog page attached to this site.
There are two other details that must be brought up to date before we get to the Reunion Videos. Our fearless leader, James (Houston) has become John Oliver Peel (Juicy bits in the blog) and our illustrious long time Magic Circus Guitarist and Vocalist is Alan Palmquist. I know it’s hard to recognize John (James) in his red, skin tight, ring master suit and the original Al hadn’t played his bass in 32 years, although he is still married to the same woman (Pam) who you will hear from in the first video.  Much more about The Creeps, the history of The Magic Circus band through the heady days of the 60’s and the story of this amazing reunion, all on our blog page. For now….On With The Show.
